MACKERAL’s Positive bow centralizer is designed with positive steel channel bow which provides positive casing standoff. Bows are designed as U profile with flat bottom with different depths for fluid passage. U profile is fitted in self-locking retaining lips for firm and positive holding.

Provide almost 100% standoff when run inside a hole.
They are supplied 0.150-0.300 Inch less than the inside diameter of the casing or hole size in which the centralizer is to be run.

These turbulator are designed with turbo-fins attached to each bow spring to create localized turbulent fluid flow at the point of installation as well as for high restoring Force & used to divert the fluid flow to more evenly distributing the cement around the casing

These centralizers are combining the features of a standard spring bow and rigid centralizer. Designed with double crested profile which permit compression to facilitate movement through tight spot.
