MI 1103 BOW SPRING CENTRALIZER

MACKERAL’s Slip on Bow Spring Centralizers are developed to match API 10D specification to used under most demanding condition. These centralizers are designed for high restoring Force and low starting & running force & used to centralizing the casing pipe in vertical, horizontal and deviated well.
1.More restoring force compared to non welded type.
2.Time saver and having strong grip.
3.Minimum distortion & maximum rigidity.
4.Special Iron phosphate coating with special polyester powder coated / painted.
5.Available in 4 1/2″ to 20 ” sizes.

MI 1130 POSITIVE BOW CENTRALIZER

MACKERAL’s Slip on Positive bow centralizer is designed with positive steel channel bow which provides positive casing standoff. Bows are designed as U profile with flat bottom with different depths for fluid passage. U profile is welded with the metal rings both side.
1.Considerably reduce frictional drag
2.Provide almost 100% standoff when run inside a hole.
3.They  are supplied 0.150-0.300 Inch less than the inside diameter of the casing or hole size in which the centralizer is to be run.
4.Special Iron phosphate coating with special polyester powder coated / painted.
5.Available in a size range of 4 ½ ” to 20”.

MI 1108 BOW SPRING TURBULATOR

MACKERAL’s Slip on Bow Spring Turbulator are developed to match API 10D specification to used under most demanding condition. These centralizers are designed with turbo-fins welded to each bow spring to create localized turbulent fluid flow at the point of installation as well as for high restoring force & used to divert the fluid flow to more evenly distributing the cement around the casing
1.Improved displacement efficiency.
2.Time saver and having strong grip.
3.Special Iron phosphate coating with special polyester powder coated / painted.
4.Fitted with specially designed multi- direction turbo fins
5.Available in 4 1/2″ to 20 ” sizes.

MI 1124 HEAVY DUTY SPIRALIZER

MACKERAL’s Heavy Duty Spiralizers are high quality welded product matched to the specification. It has slanted boat shaped bows which are welded at end collars or pipe with right or left orientation. They can be secured to the casing OD, or they can float between casing stop collars if the well casing is to be rotated during cementing.
1.Reduce friction between the casing and the hole,
2.allowing an even distribution of cement around the casing during cementing
3.Prevent the casing string from becoming differentially stuck.
4.Provided with maximum stand off.

MI 1125 HEAVY DUTY CENTRALIZER

MACKERAL’s Heavy Duty Centralizer are high quality welded product matched to the specification. It has boat shaped bows which are welded at end collars or pipe parallel to the axis of casing.
4.Provided with maximum stand off

MI 1128 STRAIGHT SOLID VANE POSITIVE RIGID CENTRALIZER

MACKERAL’s Straight Solid Vane Positive Rigid centralizes are high quality welded product matched to the specification. It has solid vanes which are welded at end collars or pipe parallel to the axis of casing.
