MI 2152 SINGLE HPHT VALVE

MACKERAL’s Single HPHT Valve float equipment that has been built to perform reliably in the severe downhole well environments for use on tough cementing jobs under a full range of uncommon conditions.

Also an additional mechanically retained  o-ring seal arrangement is provided between valve body and shell body so as to withstand against high back pressure. The valve is held in place with high quality cement. Provide landing point for cementing plugs also.

2.Rated upto 482°F [250°C] wells with valves capable to holding pressure up to 10,000 psi (68.9 MPa).

MI 2503 DIFFERENTIAL FILL UP

MACKERAL’s Differential fill-up float equipment allows 90% casing fill-up during run-in, reducing surge pressures caused by the piston effect of running in restricted ld. Use of differential collar with shoe provides additional buoyancy by allowing only 81% casing fill-up further enhancing draw works efficiency
These Float equipments maintain a constant differential pressure between inside and outside of the casing as the fluid enters from the bottom of the casing. They allow optimum filling of the casing while running in.
